We had a great meal tonight during our first visit to Olio. Specialty martinis were delicious. And Antione’s service and attentiveness was top-notch. We will definitely be back again.
Me and my hubby came here on a Saturday for date night. We got there around 8pm, the atmosphere was wonderful, personable and quiet yet classy. It was nice to enjoy a dinner without loud background noise. It was a relaxing evening. Our waitress Paulina was very sweet and attentive. We ordered the burrata, mussels, and the banana pepper entree. Each dish was phenomenal and we were provided complementary bread and olive oil dip with our drinks. We will absolutely return since we were too full for dessert! Truly a hidden gem in Dade City.
So we have been to olios 2 times.. lunch and dinner and it’s a completely different experience for both of those meals. Lunch was perfect. Food was quick and the service was on points.. for a Saturday dinner is completely different. After we sat it was 5 plus minutes before our server came by. We had to ask for silverware and napkins twice. 3 people order soup and two came out and the third finally came out when the entree was being delivered. The food was perfect and I love the eggplant and the chicken parmigiana here. Just something is off at night. The servers and kitchen is on different pages
We went to Olio last night for our friend’s birthday dinner and it was incredible! The food was so delicious and our server, Liliana, was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and ambiance were beautiful. It was super busy but started slowing down after a while. The pricing was incredible for the size of the portions and the quality of the food. We got the burrata, the Insalata Olio, entrees, and the spaghetti ice cream for dessert. Would highly recommend each dish 10x over! The only downside was we waited over an hour until we were sat, they don’t offer reservations and we weren’t offered water or wine or anything while waiting which would have been a great method to accommodate the busier time in the restaurant. Not anything bad just a suggestion for the future.
This is a jewel in a small place FL, USA. Food is authentic, service is superb. The effort to deliver the best experience is amazing. Chicken Alfredo is not on the menu but they made it for me . It scored 99.9% Just amazing. Look at the dessert menu. They have a customer for life.
This was delicious! Professional, attentive, courteous service (we had Antoine). The bread that came while waiting was warm and made in house that day. The dipping spices were perfection. We ordered the calamari. It far exceeded our expectation. It was served atop a bed of greens with more crusty slices of bread. It was EXCELLENT. We enjoyed our appetizers more than the entrees, but that was due more to preference. I think we will choose a different entree next time! We will most definitely be back.
We absolutely loved our early Valentine's lunch Brandon our waiter was wonderful and our hostess was so sweet too! Even our granddaughter enjoyed it so much and clapped after I gave her a little bite of her 1st spinach lasagna. My husband thought his meal was excellent and was so impressed with the flavors of his French onion soup and sandwich. I loved my spinach lasagna!
Wow! This is a hidden gem. The food was excellent and the vibe was romantic. We just celebrated our 16th Wedding Anniversary here. The Gluten Free Shrimp Pasta dish was to die for!! Shout out to our server, Matthew. He was awesome too!!
